How to attract more international students to your Education Institution

Tip 1: Be present on the right social media channels

You need to be present where your target audience is present. Speak their language! And by this we are not necessarily referring to English, Maltese, Italian etc., but we are referring to the specific linguistic cues used by people of different generations. For example, the language of emojis, or the language of authentic video, or the language of hashtags. If you want to attract a particular audience, you need to communicate with that audience in a way in which it can understand you.

Tip 2: Do not overdo it with your website

Having a website is important. Having the right content on it, is even more important! Your website needs to be part of your customer's online journey....and you certainly want to make this a pleasant one. Make sure your are using the right key words, and you are using them often enough. Make sure that your website doesn't take forever to load because of all the videos and images you upload to it - no one has that kind of patience!

Tip 3: Work with International Agents

Video content works exceptionally well with potential students. You can use this to promote your destination, your school, or even to share reviews. Whatever you do, make sure that it is something that your target market can relate to....otherwise this will all backfire.
